User Obligations
When you use our tool to add loved one to a photo, you agree to provide only images for which you have the legal right or permission to use. Our service is intended for honoring someone you loved in a respectful, non-commercial manner.
Studio Intellectual Property
The underlying AI models, hand-retouching techniques, and our website's design—including all branding for add deceased loved one to photo—remain the exclusive property of our studio. We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the final processed image for personal, non-commercial use.
Service Limitations
Our add person to photo online service provides a high-res digital file. We do not provide physical frames or prints unless explicitly stated in your selected package. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in case of disputes.
